The matinee stream of Brand New Story was interrupted and experienced various errors for overseas viewers, resulting in a mass amount of ticket refunds.

As well as in Japan, the concert was available to watch from overseas in countries such as the United States of America, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Canada.
